We believe that SAP ARIBA will help us make the process of procurement organisation and management smoother: not only for all companies within the Achema Group, but also for Suppliers and Partners. For this reason, the entire purchase process will take place in the SAP ARIBA procurement system.

1. Where can I find information about Tenders of the Achema Group?

All tenders issued by the companies within the Achema Group can be found in the SAP ARIBA. If you want to be invited, please register on the site http://achemosgrupe.supplier-eu.ariba.com/register. All information in relation to signing up and logging in can be found in the instructions provided in the training material.

2. Which companies of the Achema Group use the SAP ARIBA?

The SAP ARIBA is used by all companies within the Achema Group.

3. Have there been any changes from the previous procurement system for suppliers participating in tenders?

As of 11 April 2022, all tenders have been announced in SAP ARIBA. The previous page used for procurement tenders has been closed.

4. How can I log in to the SAP ARIBA?

Click on this link to log in (if you already have login details) or to sign up as a new user (if you do not have login details). All information related to logging in can be found in the instructions.

5. Do I have to log in to the SAP ARIBA to participate in the Tenders of the Achema Group?

Yes, you do. The SAP ARIBA is a strategic part of procurement used by the Achema Group as it makes the processes easier. There is no longer any other way to participate in the Group’s tenders.

6. How can I participate in tenders run by the Achema Group companies?

7. What tools are required to sign up to the SAP ARIBA?

To sign up to the SAP ARIBA, you need to have a computer and internet connection. All details in relation to signing up can be found in the instructions.

8. If I already have been using the SAP ARIBA, do I need new signing-in details?

You can use your existing SAP ARIBA account. However, to participate in Tenders you have to contact the responsible person of the Achema Group by sending an email to ITsupport@achemosgrupe.lt .

9. Is there any fee for suppliers to participate in the SAP ARIBA?

Standard participation in the SAP ARIBA is free of charge to suppliers. An additional functionality can be done under supplier’s request, for which there is a fee payable to SAP ARIBA. For more information click here.

11. I have some questions about the SAP ARIBA. Who can I contact?
