The self-service website of Klaipėda Castle Port was launched

Klaipėda Castle Port self-service website (online self-service at https://e.yacht.lt/) has been launched recently and the first orders have already been received. From now on, orders for the services can be made online: here the customers will find all relevant information about free parking spaces and can reserve them immediately.

“The possibility to order services online at online self-service is especially relevant for guests arriving from foreign countries. In the nearest future, the employees of our company will switch to the use of modern computers-tablets, where they will be able to monitor orders and their progress in real time,” emphasized Karolis Grigalauskas, the Chief Executive Officer of Klaipėda Castle Port.

Klaipėda Castle Port is under active preparation for the start of the season: the shipping season usually starts at the end of April – beginning of May. Of course, there are quite a few ships at the harbour that are in the water all year round. Wintering boats leave the harbour and return to it even in the coldest months – they are used by the fishermen to go to the sea.

“Before the beginning of the season, we will renovate the showers and staff premises, coffee machines will be installed at convenient locations, expansion of the security camera system is planned, free Wi-Fi for customers and lots of new services that will make members of the maritime community very happy,” claimed K. Grigalauskas.
