Grand SPA Lietuva therapist takes first place in national massage championship

One of Lithuania’s most significant professional events in the wellness industry – the massage therapists’ mastery competition “Dive into massage 2026” – took place in Druskininkai on April 24, bringing together aspiring specialists and experienced practitioners from across the country.

Among the standout participants was Irina Supranavičienė, a massage therapist at the Grand SPA Lietuva complex, who claimed first place in the masters category. The achievement highlights her exceptional professionalism, dedication, and continuous pursuit of excellence.

The event was organized by the Southern Lithuania branch of the Business and Hospitality Vocational Career Centre. Its goal was to create opportunities for both established professionals and future massage therapists to demonstrate their expertise, exchange experience, and strengthen professional motivation. Druskininkai was chosen as the venue for its long-standing wellness traditions, natural surroundings, and mineral waters, which together create an ideal setting for professional development and collaboration.

Competitors took part in two categories – juniors and masters. In the masters category, open to therapists with at least one year of professional experience, participants completed a theoretical examination and a practical freestyle massage performance.
