“Iremas” invites young professionals to discover career opportunities

The team of “Iremas” participated in two career events, where they presented their activities, communicated with young specialists, and discussed the development directions of their sector.

At “Get in touch – sign a contract 2025” event organised by Kaunas Technology Training Centre colleagues focused on the welder profession. Young specialists took active interest in internship and employment opportunities at the company.

At career day “LIK’ed: Sustainable Engineering Day” organised by Lithuanian College of Engineering the team of “Iremas” met with students from the fields of engineering, industry and technology who are purposefully seeking professional growth and are interested in career prospects.

“Such events are not only a great opportunity to create a network with future professionals, but also an opportunity to exchange insights with other companies. By sharing experiences about labour market trends, sector challenges, and competency development, we strengthen cooperation and contribute to the growth of the industry.
