Fertilisers prepared by Agrochema Latvia ready-to-use will be used in Finland

Agrochema Latvia, one of the Agrochema Group companies, has stepped into Finland, where it shipped NPK fertilisers prepared in its production unit at the beginning of the year. A wholesaler of agricultural commodities ordered NPK 25-3-3 and NPK 22-6-6 fertilisers for spring fertilisation.

“This is the first batch of fertilisers prepared on our production line to go north – until now, we have been selling our own blends in the Baltic States. We believe that our partners will be satisfied with the quality of our products and service, and that this cooperation will grow into a long-term partnership,” says Dovydas Zaveckas, CEO of Agrochema Latvia.

Agrochema Latvia, SIA has purchased a fertiliser mixing system to mix three different fertilisers in 2024. This expanded the existing fertiliser packing line at the Lecava site and now allows the company to mix different blends of complex NPK fertilisers. The company has registered autumn fertilisers NPK 4-16-34, NPK 5-15-25, NPK 7-20-30, NPK 5-21-36 and NPK 6-26-30 in the Register of Fertiliser Products for production. For spring fertilisation, fertilisers NPK 22-6-6, NPK 23-3-5 and NPK 25-3-3 are registered.

“The demand for NPK complex fertilisers has been stable for many years. By preparing various mixtures of these fertilisers with automatic equipment, we can guarantee their precise formulations, we are responsible for a product of proven composition (Achema fertilisers are used in the production of these fertilisers), which we can also offer at a competitive price,” comments D. Zaveckas.
