Another award for online store of “Agrochema”

Online store of “Agrochema” received an award during “Mylimiausios Lietuvos e. parduotuvės” (“The favourite Lithuanian online store”) for the second time in a row. This year in accordance with decision of the commission the category “International Debut” was conquered by the online store opened by the company in Latvia www.eagrochema.lv. This store is dedicated to horticulturists and gardeners and more than a half of the assortment on the store is comprised by Lithuanian goods.

“It is a great honour and we take a lot of pride since online store of “Agrochema” was awarded for the internationality thereof this year. Even though “Agrochema” has been operating in Latvia for 20 years already, we have launched an online store in this country this year only, nevertheless, it was a very confident step ahead. I am very pleased that Latvian gardeners appreciated the convenience and simplicity of the online store as well as the quality of the Lithuanian goods – the debut has most definitely been successful for us,” rejoiced the manager of Latvian branch of “Agrochema” Dovydas Zaveckas as he accepted the award.

He also emphasized that the received internationality award conforms the concept of development and introduction of eagrochema.lv since the employees encompass a joint team from Lithuania and Latvia, most of the goods are Lithuanian, solutions tested by Lithuanian and adapted to the Latvian market data were introduced here: from the functionalities of the store, the most efficient discount promotions to expedient delivery of the goods, which is executed from Lithuania.

“Mylimiausios Lietuvos e. parduotuvės” awards have been organised for the second year in a row. The awards comprise two most important parts: resident votes and commission evaluation. 800 online stores were nominated during the first stage of voting, while the total number of the votes cast exceeded 16 thousand. The commission composed of nine online trade, marketing and sustainability specialists selected another five winners in the following categories: “The most sustainable packaging”, “International love”, “Creative start”, “International debut” and “Platform love”.

In April 2022 “Agrochema” introduced online store www.agrochema.lt for Lithuanian market, dedicated to horticulturists and gardeners, while in autumn 2023 it also launched online store / self-service store for farmers. This year in spring the company also invited to purchase garden fertilizers at Latvian online store www.eagrochema.lv.

Last year online store of “Agrochema” received an award for sustainable packaging solutions at the awards “Mylimiausios Lietuvos e. parduotuvės”.
