Achema’s debut at the Partner’s Days of the KTU Faculty of Chemical Technology

The Achema team is pleased with its successful debut at the Partners’ Days organised by the Faculty of Chemical Technology of Kaunas University of Technology (KTU): during the event, the colleagues presented their company and, most importantly, talked to prospective students, who had a lot of questions about the fertiliser plant, and were interested in the internship and career opportunities there.

It was a great opportunity for both the representatives of the companies presenting themselves and the young people looking for professional challenges to get to know the Faculty’s social partners, to find out what qualities today’s professionals must have, to hear about internship opportunities, and to talk to the Faculty’s alumni who are successfully working in the largest companies in the country.

“We hope that some of the young people who participated in the event had their curiosity and desire to work at Achema aroused,” said the company’s HR specialists after the event.

The companies participating in the Partners’ Days presented their activities, as well as internship and career opportunities for prospective students in applied chemistry, chemical engineering and technology, food engineering and technology, industrial biotechnology and environmental technology. Meanwhile, young people took the opportunity to establish direct contacts with their future employers.

The Achema team advised the students to plan their careers carefully and to choose responsibly the companies where they would like to work and could succeed – Achema might be one of them!
