“Achema” was awarded three new ISO certificates
After the carried out certification audit of integrated management system three new certificates were issued to “Achema”: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
According to Technical Director of the company Egidijus Juzėnas, the received ISO certificates prove that the company implements quality, environment protection, occupational safety management systems and the works at “Achema” are implemented following the commonly accepted norms and standards. The integrated management system combines several separate management systems together and provides companies with many advantages. For example, instead of managing several separate systems, the companies are able to use one integrated system, which meets all of their needs. That enables to save both time and resources, also improves the efficiency.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are international standards that establish best practice guidelines for quality management, environmental management and occupational safety and health management respectively. They also ensure competitive advantage for the companies in the market, especially when participating in public tenders or cooperating with international partners.
