A wellness exhibition and expert advice on improving your health

On weekend a team from wellness and recreation complex “Grand SPA Lietuva” participated in “Wellness Exhibition 2024” which took place at Lithuanian exhibition and congress centre “Litexpo”. The topic of the exhibition this year is “Your Body Hears your Mind”.

This event is focused on healthy way of life, sports, also physical and mental wellbeing. The exhibition brought together healthy lifestyle enthusiasts, medical, psychological and sports professionals and everyone willing to learn how to improve their wellbeing. The main focus was on the connection between mental and physical health.

At the exhibition Marketing Manager of “Grand SPA Lietuva” Ieva Sobolienė and the experts talked about the effect that our thoughts and emotions have on the physical state of our body, whereas our physical wellbeing in turn contributes to improving the mental health. The main segment of the event was the wellness exhibition, where the most up-to-date products and technologies for improving health were introduced. Information on the most up-to-date innovations in the fields of medicine, sports and psychology were presented.

“We introduced the services provided by “Grand SPA Lietuva” at the event. During the exhibition the participants were able to take advantage of the special wellness offer and we arranged the bookings on site. We also organised a lottery, that allowed the participants of the exhibition to win prizes. We also had a masseuse from “Grand SPA Lietuva” participating in the exhibition with us, who performed 5-10 minute duration shoulder and hand area massage on site, which received immense attention of the visitors of the exhibition.

We are very happy with the successful participation in the exhibition. Our wellness and recreation complex received even more attention, questions and inquires. We returned inspired, our mood was great and our input during the exhibition will provide tangible results,” rejoiced I. Sobolienė.
