Achema recognized as the best employer in the Aukštaitija region for the second year in a row
Achema has once again been named the best employer in the Aukštaitija region in the 2025 “TOP Employer” awards, successfully retaining the title it also received in 2024. The company additionally secured third place among Lithuania’s top manufacturing employers of 2025.
Agrochema was also included among the region’s leading employers, ranking eighth in the TOP Employer category for Aukštaitija.
The 2025 Lithuanian TOP Employers rankings were determined based on the votes of 2,251 participants in an online survey. As in previous years, employers were assessed across 12 categories, ranging from first-choice employers in the main “Top of Mind” category to the strongest employers across different industries and regions of Lithuania.
Survey respondents identified the main factors influencing employer attractiveness:
- Competitive salary and additional benefits – 19%
- Positive workplace atmosphere and supportive colleagues – 17%
- Professional management – 10%
- Inspiring leadership – 10%
- Flexible work arrangements – 7%.

TOP Employer is an annual ranking of Lithuania’s most attractive and respected employers, based on evaluations by job seekers, current employees, and former employees. Organized by CV-Online since 2010, the initiative provides companies with valuable insight into their position in the labour market and how they are perceived by both existing and prospective employees.
