NKS + AMINO fertilizers well-rated by the farmers also receive acknowledgement of the experts

Compound liquid macronutrient fertilizers NKS + AMINO manufactured by “Agrochema” was recognized as the best and won a gold medal at “Lithuanian Product of the Year” awards ceremony held today. The fertilizer was developed together with farmers at the innovation workshops organised by the company.

“Every recognition is important to us, as manufacturers of agricultural products. Our farmer customers recognized these fertilizers back in the spring, when they immediately bought them up as soon as they appeared on the market. Now we are also pleased with the recognition of the experts, an accomplishment which we share with the farmers who helped create this product,” says the Commercial Director of “Agrochema” Gerardas Brazaitis.

NKS + AMINO is a concentrated nitrogen, potassium and sulphur fertilizer containing plant-based amino acids derived from non-genetically modified soy proteins. This type of amino acids is more favourable for plant nutrition due to optimal compatibility with them.

The fertilizer is intended for additional and high-quality foliar fertilization or to compensate for the deficiency of these elements in bell and leguminous crops and rapeseed. NKS + AMINO is efficiently and quickly absorbed by plants even under adverse environmental conditions. They increase grain harvest, protein content in cereal grains, oil content in rapeseed, and improve harvest quality parameters. The product composition is designed and balanced so that plants immediately receive all the necessary nutrients in the late growth stage.

“It is equally important that the production process of this product is waste-free: the raw materials used in it react completely and no by-products or substances are formed that could end up in waste or pose any danger. The steam energy used in production, obtained from adjacent production processes, also saves energy resources, and the product is bottled in tanks suitable for recycling,” shared one of the creators of NKS + AMINO, “Agrochema” product development specialist Mantas Kačiušis.
