Original compositions created by Jonava companies sparkled in the Christmas tree town

A Christmas tree town has lit up in the centre of Jonava, at Ramybės Square – this year it also features original compositions from companies located in Jonava: “Achema”, “Agrochema”, “Iremas” and “Achempak”.

The theme of Jonava Christmas tree town this year is “Warm Christmas.” Based on this theme, the employees of Jonava office of “Agrochema” created the Christmas composition of the company, called “Warm Christmas”.

“From idea to implementation – every colleague who contributed to the project made their own contribution: they suggested project ideas, took care of the decorations, built, painted, drew, decorated the Christmas tree, created a palm tree, transported and set up the entire exhibition in the city park. This Christmas project of ours is a great example of sincere teamwork and creativity. It’s nice when in your own city, among the compositions of all the people who love it, there is also the creative project of “Agrochema”. I thank everyone who contributed for their energy, creativity and togetherness, together we can create miracles,” said HR Project Manager of “Agrochema” Giedrė Kasperavičienė.

The Acting Director of Personnel and General Affairs of company “Achema” Aušra Matiukienė is proud that the Christmas tree created by the employees of the company decorated Ramybės Square in Jonava this year – it is not only a festive accent, but also a symbol of warmth and community.

“I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart everyone who turned this idea into reality by their work, ideas and efforts. From the first sketches to the festively shining Christmas tree, this is the result of creativity, dedication and love for work of our team. The contribution of our colleagues not only decorated the city, but also filled Jonava with warmth, joy and festive spirit. Together, we proved that our strength lies in unity,” said A. Matiukienė happily.

The Christmas tree of company “Iremas” required meticulous and creative work, it was created by resourceful employees from the initial idea to the production of each detail. The centre of the composition has people holding hands, embracing the tree and looks like they are protecting the warmth that they themselves created. According to HR Director of “Iremas” Aida Jankauskienė these symbols convey the closeness, sincerity and unity of the team, as well as the common goal – to protect what unites us.

“Our Christmas tree reminds us that only together can we light up the true festive spirit. The warmth we share at work and in the community is what creates the true Christmas miracle. We are pleased to contribute to creating the festive mood in the city and to present Jonava community with another symbol of Christmas. May this tree inspire unity and amity!” wished A. Jankauskienė.

Lija Badyul, HR manager-administrator of company “Achempak”, emphasized that, like every year, the company team made their Christmas decorations for Jonava Christmas tree town from materials available in the company.

“This year we decided to be a little unconventional and together with the team we created an evergreen arch instead of a Christmas tree. We are proud that our Christmas decoration is sustainable and reflects the operation of our company by 100 percent. We wanted the festive arch to become a spot for families and friends to take photos, because what could be cozier than spending time with your loved ones,” said L. Badyul.

The history of the Christmas tree town began back in 2019, when 52 organizations responded to the invitation of Jonava district mayor and created a unique Christmas tree town for the first time. Later, every year the Christmas tree town grew and spread special Christmas spirit across Jonava, attracting people from the surrounding cities and towns. This year, residents of Ramybės Square are delighted with over a hundred original Christmas trees created by the residents themselves.
