Anniversary “Insurance Forum” allowed to look at our work from a new perspective

10 years of development and only one question: what can we do better? The anniversary event “Insurance Forum” which was organised for the tenth time enabled the team of UADBB “Draudimo brokerių aljansas” to take a new perspective upon their work.

“By participating in the event, we have not only updated our knowledge, enhanced our skills, but also acquired new ideas, how we can meet the needs of our clients in a more focused manner. Our goal was to perceive what is really important for the insured, whereas the newest market tendencies and the advice from the experts allowed us to view the insurance services from a more creative perspective. Sometimes it is really useful to try walking in the shoes of the insured in order to be able to understand what our services look like from the point of view of the client,” explained the Head of Corporative Client Projects Aušra Plačiakienė.

The objective of the “Insurance Forum” is to upgrade the knowledge and skills of the insurance professionals, enhance the perception of the insurance conditions and the impact thereof upon the clients, to promote the best practices in the insurance sector as well as to develop an approach to insurance services that would be more suitable to meet the needs of the clients.
