The key to success of “Iremas” company is the professional team

One of the biggest Lithuanian metal processing, electrical equipment repair and design company “Iremas” has experienced employees, who are highly qualified professionals, as the manufacturing director of the company Saulius Dailidonis is convinced. He highlighted that the experience of the team, specific knowledge and high competences make it possible to implement large, complicated, often non-standard projects.

“The projects we implement are truly impressive, while implementing them, the employees have a unique opportunity to constantly improve, update their knowledge and gain invaluable experience. We are the largest contractor of services for two of the largest Lithuanian industrial companies AB “Achema” and AB “ORLEN Lietuva”. The works in Lithuania mainly include repair, service, installation, design, technical maintenance of industrial and electrical equipment. During the recent years, we have been rapidly developing the provision of metal processing and contracted manufacturing services to foreign markets. The company exports the products to 15 countries, whereas during the last year different works are implemented not only in Lithuania, but also in Finland, Germany, Norway, Denmark, Sweden”, as the CEO of the company Edmundas Damaševičius summarised.

“Iremas” company also carried out works at such objects as Vilnius and Kaunas cogeneration power plants, moreover, carried out pipeline installation and mounting works at the Copenhagen waste incineration plant.

In 2021, “Iremas” and German largest defence industry manufacturer “Rheinmetall”, signed a 10-year contract and established a service centre for the repair of military tracked and wheeled equipment. That enabled the company to expand the range of services, focusing on the higher added value defence and security industry. Furthermore, during the next few years, as one of the main subcontractors, “Iremas” will contribute to the construction of the deep oil refining facility in Mažeikiai, probably the largest project of the energy services company “Petrofac Ltd.” and AB “ORLEN Lietuva” in Lithuania.

Experienced team is of utmost importance

The foundation of the company is an experienced team, since today “Iremas” employs more than 530 qualified employees. The headquarters of the company are located in Jonava with branches operating in Kaunas, Panevėžys and Mažeikiai.

“This year, our company will celebrate an anniversary of 25 years of successful activity. Our future plans are ambitious – we are moving forward rapidly, expanding our range of activities, therefore, we are also looking for new team members. Today, we are inviting qualified specialists to join our ranks in Jonava, Kaunas and Mažeikiai: locksmith repairmen, installers, welders, software control machine operators, electrical installers, engineers, designers and other specialists,” explained Aida Jankauskienė, Director of Human Resources of “Iremas”.

The Director of Human Resources of the company emphasizes that although the need for qualified and experienced employees who can immediately work on important, strategically important projects is the most acute today, the company also provides employment opportunities for motivated young people, whom they educate themselves. Manufacturing capacities are exhausted until 2024

“Iremas” was established in 1998 and today is one of the biggest metal processing and manufacturing, industrial and electricity equipment repair, servicing and mounting, design and maintenance service provision companies in the country. Last year the operating income of the company amounted to more than 28 million EUR, net profit reached 1.27 million EUR.

“Today the order basket of the company is full until the middle of 2024.
