The personnel policy of the group is:

Even though the Concern has different activities and enterprises and is working in different spheres all companies have the same personnel policy. Personnel policy reflects the goals and approach to employee relations. The aim is to provide job satisfaction, the possibility for employees to reveal their abilities, opportunities for training and career development. Development opportunities are available to each employee. One of the goals is to develop a natural loyalty to one another and the whole Group.

TRAINING

An exclusive emphasis is being paid on staff training. For this purpose the company has training centre named Achemos mokymo centras. Employees have all the conditions to gain a higher level of education and career advancement.

The Company has created reserve groups of managers and professionals from the most promising and brightest employees. Young professionals have opportunity to attend specific training courses in Lithuania and abroad, to study in domestic and foreign institutions for higher education.
